Workly Up for…

A heritage brand's reputation, carried faithfully online.

For family businesses, ateliers and long-standing names whose customers know them in person. We adapt the identity for screens, build a multilingual website, online store or booking system, and plan the work around your decision-makers and existing systems.

Heritage

The craft behind the name, shown on screen

Archive, workshop and the people who make the work become pages worth reading, in every language your customers read. The identity is adapted for screens, not replaced.

Process

How the work runs

  1. Listen first

We study the house, its archive, its clients and its people before proposing anything.

  2. Discovery sprint

Goals, scope, platform and governance agreed in writing, with one named decision-maker on your side.

  3. Evolve the identity

We refine what the house is known for and test it on screens before rolling it out.

  4. Design and build in stages

Key templates are approved before the full build, with reviews planned around your calendar.

  5. Launch with care, then look after it

Redirects, team training and a staged launch keep existing clients and search visibility in mind; a Care & Growth retainer keeps the platform improving.

At every touchpoint

The care of the workshop, at every digital touchpoint

Pieces are presented as carefully as in the vitrine, and appointments, gift wrapping, delivery and emails keep the house’s tone. Where online sales matter we build the store; where appointments or dealers matter, a system made for them.

Contact us

How do you protect an identity that took years to build?

We protect it by treating it as an asset. We start with an audit of what the house is known for, from the mark and colours to tone and imagery, and change only what does not work on screens. More often than not the answer is an evolution, not a rebrand. When something does need to change, we show the options side by side so the decision is an informed one.

We have many stakeholders. How do you manage approvals?

We agree governance before design begins: one named decision-maker, a small review group and written sign-off at each stage. Reviews happen at set points rather than continuously, and we prepare material that can be shared internally without us in the room.

Can you work alongside our existing agencies and IT team?

Yes. Established houses rarely start from nothing, and we expect to work with the PR agency, photographer, IT provider or systems consultant already in place. We set out responsibilities at the start, document technical decisions and keep everyone working from the same plan.

How do you approach budget and procurement?

The Starter discovery sprint produces a budget range and a phased plan before any larger commitment, and we are glad to work within your procurement process. We do not publish prices; projects are scoped to the house.

Can the site work in several languages and markets?

Yes. Websites and e-commerce builds in the Scale package are planned as multilingual and multi-market from the start: language structure, currencies, local content and the signals search engines rely on to show each language to the right audience. We set up translation workflows so your teams can keep every language current.
