Every retainer has a minimum term of three months: the shortest time in which a new calendar and visual style can settle and be judged fairly. After that you can continue, change package or stop, with the notice period set out in your agreement.
Yes. Each month's calendar and drafts are sent to you before publishing, and nothing goes live without your approval. You can comment on drafts directly. We agree the approval routine at the start, so the calendar never stalls in long email threads.
No. The fee covers planning, content and management. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta from an ad account in your business's name, so you keep the account, its data and its history. We suggest a budget at the start, and the monthly report shows where it went and what it returned.
From the photos and videos you already have, and on Growth and Scale from AI-assisted imagery we make from your real product photos. AI never draws your logo or lettering, and the imagery is labelled where required. If a photo shoot would serve you better, we say so and help you plan it.
Yes, on the Scale package. We plan briefs, content guidelines, timing, and the posts and ads that support each partnership. We worked on the partnership launch for The Sociètas World, a Dubai-based brand and creator platform. Paid partnerships are disclosed as each platform and country requires.
