Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use worklyup.com, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they rely on. Down to the last detail applies to access as much as to appearance. This statement covers every page of worklyup.com in English and Turkish.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site has not yet been audited by an independent specialist, so we describe it as partially conformant until that audit is complete. The known gaps are listed below.
What we do
- Structure. Pages are built from semantic HTML with one main heading and a logical heading order, landmarks for navigation, content and footer, and a “skip to content” link.
- Keyboard. Every menu, form and control can be used with a keyboard. Focus is always visible, and menus close with Escape and return focus to where you were.
- Reading. Text and backgrounds are chosen for strong contrast, text can be resized without loss of content, and pages reflow on narrow screens without horizontal scrolling.
- Motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, we remove reveal animations and menu motion.
- Images. Informative images have text alternatives in the language of the page; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Language. Each page declares its language, and language links state the language they lead to.
- Forms. Every field has a visible label. Errors are explained in text next to the field, with guidance on how to fix them.
- Little reliance on scripts. Content is readable without JavaScript, which we use only for menus, forms and the cookie banner.
- Testing. Before each release we run automated accessibility checks (axe) on every page template in every language, and check keyboard use, focus and reduced motion by hand at six screen widths.
Known limitations
- Independent audit. Our checks are our own. Automated tools find only part of the issues that affect people, and we have not yet tested every page with screen readers.
- Form security check. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. It usually runs without any action from you, and Cloudflare states that it meets WCAG at level AA. In rare cases, for example on some VPNs or older browsers, it may ask for an interaction or fail to verify. If that happens, please email us instead.
- English names on Turkish pages. Our package names stay in English on Turkish pages (Starter, Growth and Scale). Some screen readers may read them with Turkish pronunciation.
- Forms need JavaScript. The security check above needs JavaScript. Without it, our forms cannot be sent; email works for everything.
