Run

Enter a new market with everything in place.

We prepare everything you need to reach customers in a new country: the site or store, payments, delivery, content in the local language and the launch. We work in the UK, Europe, the Gulf, the US and Türkiye; company, tax and legal work sits with regulated partners.

The result

One plan, one coordinator

A dated launch plan covering store, payments, partners and content, with Workly Up keeping every step on schedule.

A site or store built for the market

Local pricing, payments, shipping and returns, or booking, quote and contact flows if you offer a service, all set up for the customers you are entering.

Channels ready on day one

Google Merchant Center, analytics and marketplace listings set up for the market, so the launch is measured.

Process

How the work runs

  1. Readiness review

We review brand, store, payments, logistics and content against what customers in the new market expect.

  2. Structure with partners

Where needed, regulated partners advise on company, tax and legal, and your logistics partner confirms shipping and duties.

  3. Set up the store

Pricing, payments, shipping, returns, policies and tracking are set up for the market, and the design adapted where it matters.

  4. Write for the market

Product pages, emails and launch content are written in the market's language, for its customers.

  5. Launch and hand over

We launch, watch the first weeks closely, then hand over to a monthly retainer or to your own team.

We do not sell online. Is market entry still for us?

Yes. For hotels, clinics, consultancies and B2B brands, the aim is for customers in the new country to find you and trust you. We prepare a website in the local language, booking and quote forms, the legal pages it needs, a Google Business Profile and social media; payments and logistics then fall outside the scope.

Does Workly Up form companies?

No. Company registration, tax and legal work are handled by regulated partners or by your own advisers. In the UK, our accounting partner is registered with Companies House as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider. We introduce, coordinate and build everything around the company.

Do we need a local company to sell in a new market?

Not always. Many brands sell from their home company; others form a local company for payments, marketplaces, wholesale or customer confidence. The right choice depends on your products and tax position, and a qualified adviser should confirm it first.

How are VAT and import duties handled?

VAT and import duties depend on what you sell, its value, where it is made and how it travels. Your advisers confirm what applies to you, and we set up pricing and checkout to match. This is general information, not tax advice.

Can we sell on marketplaces too?

Yes, where they fit the brand. We prepare listings and product feeds for marketplaces such as Amazon and regional platforms, and keep them in step with the store. Approval and fees are set by each marketplace.
