A gold ring with a single emerald on black velvet under one hard light

Industries

Jewellery e-commerce that shows every stone true to life.

We design and build online stores and websites for jewellers and watch brands. Each piece carries its metal, stone and certificate, ring sizes convert for every market, the checkout shows your courier's delivery options with their price, and private viewings are requested from the product page.

Digital storefront

A sample storefront for your sector

How a store or site built for your sector could look, shown on a fictional brand.

Focus

What has to be right

  • Wording that follows hallmarking rules

Precious metals and laboratory-grown stones described as UK hallmarking law and each market require, on one template.

  • A checkout made for high-value orders

Your courier's delivery options shown with their price, with fraud checks and payment limits set for high-value orders.

  • Engraving and made-to-order terms

Engraving text, lead time and the returns rule for personalised pieces shown before the buyer commits.

  • One photography standard on every piece

Macro, on-hand and pack shots in the same light across the range, with zoom that holds up on a phone.

On the product page

What a jewellery buyer checks before paying

  • Ring sizes in the buyer’s own system

UK letters, US numbers and European millimetres side by side, with a ring sizer the buyer can order from the site.

  • Metal, stone and certificate in one place

Purity, carat and natural or laboratory-grown stated plainly, with the certificate attached to the piece.

  • Viewings booked from the product page

A private viewing in the boutique or by video, requested from the piece the buyer is looking at.

The result

What changes when it is done properly

  • Stock in step with the boutique

Online stock synced with your point of sale, so a piece sold in the boutique leaves the site.

  • Prices that can follow the metal rate

Where weight sets the price, prices update from a rate feed within limits you approve.

  • Pieces that read the same on Google

A clean Google Shopping feed, so metal, stone and price match what the site says.

Contact us

How should jewellery be photographed for a website?

Jewellery should be photographed with macro detail for setting and finish, on-hand or on-body images for scale, and the same light across the range so metal and stone colour stay true. We brief your photographer, set a standard every new piece can follow, and design zoom and gallery views that hold up on a phone.

How do you show ring sizes to buyers in different countries?

We show ring sizes in each buyer's own system, because the UK uses letters, the US numbers and much of Europe the circumference in millimetres. The size guide shows the conversions for the markets you serve, explains how to measure at home and states your resizing policy, one tap away on every ring.

Can customers request a viewing through the site?

Yes, buyers can request a private viewing, a bespoke commission, a bridal consultation or a repair, in the boutique or by video, from the page of the piece they are looking at. The request reaches the right person with the details attached. If you already use a booking tool, we connect it rather than replace it.

Can prices follow the gold price?

Yes, prices can follow the gold price where metal content drives them. A custom integration recalculates prices from a rate feed on a schedule you approve, with limits so nothing changes unexpectedly. Some brands prefer stable prices reviewed by hand, and we set up whichever suits the range.

Can you build for watch retailers and authorised dealers?

Yes, we build for watch retailers and authorised dealers, within the rules of the houses you represent. Many watch brands set conditions for how authorised retailers present and sell their pieces online, so we design enquiry-led pages where online sale is not permitted and a full checkout where it is. For pre-owned watches we structure box, papers and service history.
