Industries

Home and interiors e-commerce, made to measure.

We design and build online stores and websites for furniture, rug, lighting and home textile brands. Dimensions and materials sit on every piece, buyers order swatches before committing, lead times and delivery for large items show before payment, and designers have their own trade route.

Focus

What has to be right

  • Options in a sensible order

Size, fabric, finish and modules chosen step by step, with price and lead time updating as they change.

  • A separate route for trade buyers

Trade prices, specification sheets and sample requests for interior designers, kept apart from retail.

  • Made-to-measure terms before purchase

The cancellation exception for made-to-measure pieces stated on the product and at checkout, worded with your adviser.

  • Room photography, 3D where it helps

Each piece shown in a room as well as on white, with a 3D or AR view where it genuinely helps.

Digital storefront

A sample storefront for your sector

How a store or site built for your sector could look, shown on a fictional brand.

For large pieces

What it takes to buy a sofa you have not sat on

  • Dimensions you can check at home

Width, depth, height and the doorway it needs, drawn on the product page.

  • Swatches before the order

Fabric and finish samples ordered on their own, so colour is judged in the buyer’s room first.

  • Lead time and delivery, stated plainly

Lead time, delivery options and the delivery day are clear before payment.

The result

What changes when it is done properly

  • Showroom visits booked online

Appointments booked from the site, with the pieces a buyer saved ready when they arrive.

  • Room lists customers can share

Customers save pieces into a list for each room and share it with a partner or their designer.

  • Stock and lead times from your system

Stock and production lead times read from your system, so the site never promises a date the workshop cannot meet.

Contact us

How do you help buyers judge size and scale online?

We show full dimensions on every product, a drawing of the doorway a piece needs to pass through, and room-scale photography such as a rug under a dining table. Where it earns its place, we add 3D models that many phones can show in augmented reality, so buyers can place a piece in their own room.

Can customers order fabric swatches or rug samples?

Yes, customers can order fabric swatches and rug samples through a short checkout of their own, separate from full orders. If it suits you, the cost can be credited against a later purchase, and trade buyers request samples from their account.

How do you handle made-to-order lead times?

Lead times show on the product page and change as options change, so a bespoke size or fabric shows its own delivery window before payment. They can be synced from your production system, any deposit is explained clearly, and emails keep the buyer informed while the piece is made.

Can you set up delivery for large and heavy items?

Yes, we set up delivery for large and heavy pieces: zones and rates by size and destination, two-person or room-of-choice options where your carriers offer them, and clear returns terms for bulky items. In the UK and EU, made-to-measure items are generally excluded from the standard cancellation right, so the store states this before purchase; your legal adviser confirms the wording.

Can interior designers and architects have trade accounts?

Yes, we build a trade area for interior designers and architects, with its own prices, sample requests, specification sheets and account ordering. If you prefer to handle the relationship personally, a simpler enquiry route works too, and homeowners see the retail store unchanged.
