An audit or discovery sprint before anything is built

If your store is live, a Commerce & Brand Audit shows what to fix first. If you are planning a new site, store or app, a Discovery Sprint settles the scope, platform and budget range. If you continue with us, the fee is credited against the project.

Choose the level of work that fits

Every project is scoped to the brand. Prices are shared in a proposal after a short conversation.

Commerce & Brand Audit

5–8 working days

A paid review of a live brand and store, delivered as a written report, a ranked fix list and a walkthrough call.

Ideal for: Brands with a live store that want to know what to fix first

What’s included

  • Brand consistency across store, social and email
  • Product pages, navigation and checkout on phone and desktop
  • Speed, SEO, tracking and app health
  • Readiness to sell abroad: currencies, duties and language
  • Written report, ranked fix list and walkthrough call

Not sure which one fits? Decide with us on a short call.

The result

What changes when it is done properly

  1. A list of what to fix first

Audit findings ranked by likely impact and effort, so the work that matters most comes first.

  2. Fix or rebuild?

A reasoned answer on whether to improve the current store, change platform or start again.

  3. A plan ready for quotes

Sitemap, platform, budget range and phased schedule, clear enough to take forward with us or with anyone else.

  4. The fee is credited

If you continue with us, the audit or sprint fee comes off the project. If not, the report is still yours.

Process

How the work runs

Our approach
  1. 1

    Step 1

    First conversation

A short call about your brand, goals, markets and timing. No preparation is needed.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Choosing where to start

A live store points to the audit, something new to the sprint. If the brief is already clear, we go straight to a proposal.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Audit or sprint

A short, paid piece of work with a fixed end, presented to you and your team in writing.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Proposal

Scope, deliverables, schedule, fee and exclusions in writing, with the entry fee credited against the project.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Project, retainer or partnership

We deliver the project, keep it running on a monthly retainer, or work behind your agency as a build partner.

Contact us

Why are the audit and the sprint paid?

A useful audit or sprint takes real time from experienced people: testing on real devices, reading the data and writing clear recommendations. Being paid keeps us independent of the outcome, and the fee is credited against the project if you continue with us.

Audit or sprint: which is right for us?

If you have a live store and want to know what to fix, start with the Commerce & Brand Audit. If you are planning something new, or a major change of direction, the Discovery Sprint fits better. If the brief is already clear, you need neither, and we go straight to a proposal.

How is the fee set?

The fee depends on the size of the store or of the question. After a short call we confirm the fee in writing before any work begins. We do not publish prices, because no two audits or sprints are alike.

What is the difference between a project and a retainer?

A project has a defined result and an end date: an identity, a site, a store or a campaign. A retainer is monthly support to run and improve what is already live, with priorities agreed each month and a minimum term of three months.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. We work behind agencies that need brand, Shopify, app or AI creative capacity, under your direction and white-label where agreed. The work appears in our portfolio only with your permission, credited as via your agency.
