Starter, Growth and Scale have a minimum term of three months. The first week or two goes mostly on set-up, so three months is the shortest time in which you can see what the work achieves. After that you can continue, change package or stop, with the notice period set out in your agreement.
Yes. Every retainer starts with a review of the platform, theme, apps or plugins, tracking and access. If something needs fixing before the site can be looked after properly, we tell you plainly and quote for it separately. We work on Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce and WordPress.
Monitoring alerts us when the site goes down or a serious error appears. Response times for critical, urgent and routine issues are agreed in writing before we start. Critical problems, such as a checkout that has stopped working, always come before planned work.

No. The monthly fee covers our work only. Platform plans, apps, plugins and ad budgets are paid directly to each provider, so the accounts stay in your name. We tell you which tools are worth paying for and which you may no longer need.
