Can you build a Turkish-language store for a brand based outside Türkiye?

Yes. We write the Turkish copy natively and set the store up for local payments, delivery and returns. Selling to consumers in Türkiye from abroad raises questions on company structure, tax, customs and payment provider eligibility, so we resolve those with your advisers before launch.

Which payment providers do you set up?

Local providers such as iyzico and PayTR are common choices, with card instalments and, if it suits the brand, payment on delivery. Eligibility, fees and the integrations available depend on your company and platform, so we compare the options with you and set up the ones you choose.

Which legal pages does an online store in Türkiye need?

As general information, a store usually needs a preliminary information form and a distance sales contract approved before payment, a returns page covering the right of withdrawal, generally 14 days, and KVKK and cookie notices. Rules change, so your lawyer should confirm the final wording; we structure the pages and place them where customers look for them.

Do you set up e-invoices and e-archive invoices?

We connect the store to the e-invoice or e-archive provider your accountant uses, so invoices are issued from each order. Which invoice type applies, and obligations such as ETBİS registration, are for your accountant to confirm. Workly Up does not give accounting or tax advice.

Can you connect our store to Trendyol and Hepsiburada?

Yes, through the integration tools that suit your platform, so products, stock, prices and orders stay in step between your own store and each marketplace. Commission, listing rules and seller approval are agreed directly between you and each marketplace.
