An audit or discovery sprint before anything is built
If your store is live, a Commerce & Brand Audit shows what to fix first. If you are planning a new site, store or app, a Discovery Sprint settles the scope, platform and budget range. If you continue with us, the fee is credited against the project.

Why are the audit and the sprint paid?
A useful audit or sprint takes real time from experienced people: testing on real devices, reading the data and writing clear recommendations. Being paid keeps us independent of the outcome, and the fee is credited against the project if you continue with us.
Audit or sprint: which is right for us?
If you have a live store and want to know what to fix, start with the Commerce & Brand Audit. If you are planning something new, or a major change of direction, the Discovery Sprint fits better. If the brief is already clear, you need neither, and we go straight to a proposal.
How is the fee set?
The fee depends on the size of the store or of the question. After a short call we confirm the fee in writing before any work begins. We do not publish prices, because no two audits or sprints are alike.
What is the difference between a project and a retainer?
A project has a defined result and an end date: an identity, a site, a store or a campaign. A retainer is monthly support to run and improve what is already live, with priorities agreed each month and a minimum term of three months.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. We work behind agencies that need brand, Shopify, app or AI creative capacity, under your direction and white-label where agreed. The work appears in our portfolio only with your permission, credited as via your agency.
