Drydocks World · Case study
A website and a CRM for a Dubai shipyard
Drydocks World, a DP World company, repairs, converts and builds vessels and offshore structures from its yard in Dubai. We built the website that presents its solutions to clients around the world, and a CRM system for the team behind them.
Overview
Drydocks World serves shipowners and the oil, gas and renewable energy sectors: ship repair and upgrades, rig refurbishment, conversions, offshore fabrication and engineering, procurement and construction.
A buyer in this market arrives with a specific vessel or project in mind. The website has to show the scale of the yard at a glance and lead each visitor to the right solution in a few steps, while the CRM keeps every conversation that follows in one place.
