A calm website for villas by the sea

Kaia Selection is a project of sea-view villas in Tekirdağ, sold under the line Villas for the good times. We built its website in Turkish and English, from the villa pages and floor plans to the enquiry forms, and look after it every month.

Overview

Kaia Selection is a villa project on a slope above the sea in Tekirdağ, with a shopping square at its heart. Buyers come to the site to picture a home they cannot yet walk through.

So the website is slow and spacious on purpose: large renders, short texts and generous pauses between sections. Each villa type has its own page with floor plans, and every page ends in a simple way to ask for a call.

A website that sells a way of living before it sells square metres, and a team that keeps it current.

    A page for every villa

    Villa Luna, Villa Petra and Villa Azzura each get a page with renders, the story of the layout and floor plans by level, switched with a tap.

    Sections that breathe

    Between the facts sit quiet, full-width moments, such as Live slowly over green leaves, so the site reads like the brochure's calm rather than a listing.

  3. 03

    Enquiries in one step

    A short call-back form with a phone field on every villa page and on the home page, plus phone, email and Instagram always within reach.

  4. 04

    Two languages and monthly care

    The site runs in Turkish and English. Every month we update content and imagery, check forms and speed, and keep the platform secure.
